Will brutality lawsuit of Latino profiling change the police philosophy?

     Issues revolving around racial profiling will not just go away because of someone Is Not Acting Stupidly. It will take a process of educating both the police and the communities of color on racial profiling solutions that could eventually end racial profiling.  A Black Man’s Guide To Law Enforcement In America takes the reader on an educational voyage behind the Great Blue Wall of law enforcement and gives them a firsthand look at the real issues between police and people of color

EAST HAVEN — Latino residents and business owners sued the town today in federal court, alleging that their civils rights were violated as a result of  “failure to stop a pattern of police brutality and anti-Latino racial profiling,” attorneys for the 10 plaintiffs said today.
